Estimates are not quotes
Rebate figures, savings, system sizes and prices shown on this website, including in our calculators and quote form, are estimates only. They're based on typical homes and the information you give us. Your actual rebate depends on your postcode, the system installed, the installation date, certificate prices on the day and the scheme rules at the time. Savings depend on your usage, tariffs and weather.
Only a written quote from Ascend, accepted by you, is binding. Your quote sets out exactly what's included, the price, payment terms and your cooling-off rights.
Government rebates and schemes
Rebates such as Small-scale Technology Certificates (STCs) and the Cheaper Home Batteries Program are run by the Australian Government. Eligibility and amounts are set by the scheme rules, which can change. We're not a government agency. Where a rebate is applied to your quote, it's shown as a separate line.
Installation
Ascend manages your project from start to finish. Installations are carried out by appropriately licensed electricians and tradespeople we engage.
Finance
Any finance is provided by third-party lenders and is subject to their eligibility criteria, approval and terms. Ascend isn't a credit provider and doesn't give credit advice. Please read the lender's documents carefully before you apply.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can't be excluded.
